My approach is holistic and personalized, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through mindfulness, lifestyle shifts, and self-awareness, I support clients in actively engaging with their healing journey. I integrate Solution-Focused Therapy to help reduce symptoms and empower lasting, strengths-based change.

You first session is a change for us to get to know one another in a low-pressure and safe space. We will explore what is bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. I will also share how I work, and together we’ll get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit for you.
 

Standard sessions are 50 minutes, though I also offer extended 90-minute sessions if you feel you’d benefit from more time. Most clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and comfort.

Progress looks different for everyone. Some people notice changes in how they respond to stress, communicate, or relate to themselves within a few sessions. Others may feel a greater sense of emotional clarity or resilience over time. We’ll regularly check in to ensure that therapy is supporting your growth in meaningful ways.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing primarily from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed care. I tailor our work to meet your unique goals, personality, and pace.

Yes! I offer both in-person and secure virtual sessions to support flexibility and accessibility. Whether you prefer to meet from the comfort of your home or face-to-face, we can find what works best for you.
